First game that jumped out at me when I looked at the board early. That first hunch is usually right. Starting Slaton and Shaub on my fantasy team this week...watching the points rack up!

The Colts offense was the most dependable of the team but as of late  Stat points towards Houston covering in the 1st half of these games at 3-1 ats last 3 seasons in the 1st half.
 
My gut tells me to go against the stats and take the Colts in the 1st half of this game. I feel with the offense being dormant for so many games Peyton will have the guns firing from the start.
 
Or my gut could be way off base and could just be bad gas and my stats are correct but...

not that i put much stock in these things... but can't help but notice that Indy has been the top play all week for the "Covers experts" on the main page... that usually doesn't bode well...
 
just look at some of the top teams in CFB yesterday... Fresno, Tennessee, Bowling Green, Auburn were all on that list at some point...
 
public play?  why isn't the line going higher?
 
 
either way, probably only thing i would play at this point is the Over...

I love the OVER.........for those of you that LOVE trends, i submit.....Over is 7-2 for Colts in last 9 coming off bye........Over is 7-0 in past 7 October games for Texans.......Texans hava streak going of 10 straight OVERS against AFC south foes....I'll take the over 48 for 1 unit......oh yeah........and one last little trend tidbit for all ya'all that love Indy taday..........they're 2-9 ATS in their last 11 against the AFC south......hmmmmmmmm

Bob Sanders, "the Eraser", is out for the Colts. That right there, is 7 points for the Texans, in the game.

These two teams combine for over 50pt the last few meeting. Over might be the better bet.

Line won't move it's right on the mark.

The difference is coaching, bye and sheer experience.

Not a big bet though.

are you referring to the consensus % of 75 to 25, or the actual "covers experts" in the free pick section.

If the colts cant win this one.. they deserve to hang it up! Thank god they have been playing like sh*t all year and the line isnt 10. Indy rolls in a much needed win.. Laying it all down on the wood

Matt Schaub is OUT due to a virus.  Sage is in of course, don't think this really hurts Houston though.  A lot of fans have been clamoring for Sage to play anyways.
