For my hard earned dollar, I LOVE the OVER @ 45!  This will be a shoot out in a dome, with two POOR defensive units.  Go with the over and watch the score turn up and up!

Actually like the over in this one at 44.5.

Rams have gone 6 straight seasons prior to bye week going over the posted total. 5 of those games the Rams were playing at home like in this one vs Cleveland.

Cleveland has gone 3 straight seasons over the total following a bye week.

Rams got Bulger back last week and Steven Jackson back this week. That should help on the total.

Over 44.5

Dane Looker, Isaac Bruce, STEPHEN JACKSON, Marc Bulger, 3 of their O-Line were all out.  That's 80% of their offense right there, thats what the "talent" was doing, sitting out games.

STEVEN Jackson in 3 games 3.4 ypc,  0 TD

Marc Bulger in 5 games:  58.8 QB Rating, 5.7 Y/A, 2 TD, 7 INT

Bruce played in 5 games (0 TD).

Dane Looker in 4 games: 3 catches, 19 yards.

But yeah, I don't watch the NFL so I can't see why getting these guys back is going to a be huge for them.

cleveland and the over are both nice plays Rams suck and this game is like the Super Bowl to the Browns if they plan at turning the season around with weather not being a issue the Browns have played as a team all season ( not a good one) and the Rams have been trying to get there entire team on the field at the same time Sorry Rams fans

If you can't get 1 yard, at home, in the 4th quarter, not just on 3rd down, but also on 4th, you don't deserve to win. Pretty pitiful.
