OK guys, The 1st half spread isnt telling me anything. 

San Fransico is playing at home on prime time monday nght football. Public is on Browns, line is moved down to 4.5. I agree with Vanguish take the 49ers... -4.5 

Im going to take 49ers first half and wait for second half bet... be back at half time... if anyone is interested...

1hf.  Browns and over for me. 

If you played under whole game  Then 1half has to go under. Since they will score more in 2half.  If you play over whole game  1half has to go over 23 because 2half total will be roughly 24 25.
