However, i do favor Minny in this matchup with a 2 point buy. Phoenix is unfamiliar with their personnel, and Minny always plys tough against out of conference foes. No pick, but that's my two cents

phoenix gave it to the lakers last nite, and normally would mean a let down here. But Minny beat them last time, and the Suns come out hard tonite. But thats alot of points to cover. GHill is out and Dantoni is an idiot, cuz he doesnt beleive in using a deep bench. That hurts in a 82 game season and 20plus playoff games....

Phoenix is off of a huge win last night over the Lakers in double revenge mode, but I found it very interesting that in an interview with injured F Grant Hill during the game and PG Steve Nash after the game that both mentioned that this team has to bring the intensity against the weak teams in the league, not just the top-tier teams. Both specifically mentioned the Timberwolves, which is no surprise, as one of Minnesota’s 5 wins (5-32 SU this year) was against the Suns on December 18th.
Payback is the name of the game tonight, and judging by Minny's 1-18 SU mark on the road this season, they won’t be competitive here. Phoenix will put this team away early, and although always leery of laying a large lumber like this in this league, realize that the T-Wolves have already lost 12 games by this margin this season. They are being outscored by 9.5 ppg (league-worst), and by 11 ppg on the road (also league worst). They have not shown any signs of improvement and simply do not do anything well enough to hang with a Phoenix team that will be much more focused this time around. Suns pour it on and get their revenge tonight.
