Enough blather, here's the skinny:
Best unit total for 17 regular season weeks $100.00 apiece.
2nd best unit total for 17 regular season weeks $50.00 apiece.
Tiebreakers apply to the above prizes, please see the "weekly winners" forum thread for details and results throughout the year.
Postseason winner $350.00. Postseason play is optional, but for those who do pick games the postseason will be treated as a standalone contest. I will post a top ten leaderboard following each week's action.
Pick the Super Bowl Winner $500.00. Please see the corresponding forum thread for rules and eligibility.
Race to 100 wins on the season $100.00. Exactly what it sounds like. Includes postseason play. In the event of a tie, the player with the highest winning percentage for the season will take the money. If nobody makes it to 100 wins, this prize will go to 6th Place.
Last place $100.00. Failure to make a pick during any week of the regular season will result in a DQ from winning this prize.
"Even Steven" $100.00 to the player closest to zero units for the year WITHOUT being in positive units. Tiebreaker will go to the player with the highest number of picks for the season.
First Place $3500.00
Second Place $1500.00
Third Place $500.00
Fourth Place $300.00
Fifth Place $200.00
Sixth Place $100.00 (If nobody hits the race to 100 wins).
