In a democracy, implementing new policy may be hard. Obamacare is a political compromise solution and the closest thing to universal healthcare system that is currently possible. Unlike other countries, Obamacare is tailored for America and minimizes government intervention. Lucrative healthcare industry is well entrenched and resistant to change. So Obamacare subsidizes uninsured people without interfering much in private sector. Uncertain whether a single payer system is politically attainable in the future.

Figuring that the country is supposedly 12-13% black (which I find low) of course more white people will use welfare.
And this proves what?
Hilarious as well as white people are the biggest burden on this country. I guess Africa is a prosperous country because black people have made it the crown jewel of the planet? Or maybe Haiti, you know anybody immigrate to Haiti or Africa?
I'm against the government involved in anything btw. Everything they touch costs 10x more than it should and it turns in to a nightmare (see SS, Medicare, Medicaid, TSA, etc).
Get a job and get health insurance. If you don't want health insurance and you get sick or hurt you don't get treatment. How's that for a solution.
