Look, Reagan certainly had his faults and bad policies, but overall, he certainly cannot be called a disaster.

The Reagan/Haig doctrine of foreign policy was brilliant. He didn't care if his positions seemed hypocritical (Contras, Sandinistas, etc.). He did what was in the US's best interest. And he certainly knew that the paper tiger economy of the USSR would crumble if forced to continue to spend what didn't exist.

Plenty of faults with him, but certainly not a disaster.

Ron Paul is different and it is nice to see someone go against the grain but Ron Paul is not the perfect candidate either. Ron Paul has serious issues also. I would support him more if I did not know about all the racial issues he has and I hate the fact he is running under GOP instead of independent. That tells me he is drinking the GOP Kool-Aid.

How do I trust someone who is drinking from the same crazy ignorant “They Live” Kool-Aid cup as Bachmann, Palin, Santorum, Gingrich, Romney and Perry? My observations are spot on and I have no choice but to side with Obama because I know way too much about the GOP. It is anything but the GOP for me. Until I see a candidate, that has a real chance at winning.

My response to stiln is the information is there for all to see. It's up to you to find it and decipher it. It's on tv, written in books, online, and on radio. I'm not going to spend hours proving my observations.

Plus people are way too stupid to decipher it themselves because it would require them to let go of everything they have been programed to believe through years of brainwashing.

A large percentage of republicans are the same. I have only seen two people who consider themselves librarian republicans that are mainstream and those are John Stossel and Ron Paul. The rest are nothing but psychos that I am a loss for words to describe right now and i have already given you a few examples of what I think of them.

The fact is I do not trust any politician really and his voting record doesn’t hold much in my eyes because I am sure if I dig deep enough, I would find something that I don’t approve of. If Ron Paul supporters knew about some of those things, he voted for that they would also have issues with Ron Paul.

I question Ron Paul’s character when I read Ron Paul say he doesn’t believe in hate crimes, wouldn’t have voted against Jim crow laws, immigrants spread disease, he’s against the civil rights act, called the civil war senseless, a white 13 year old is not a criminal but a black 13 year old should be treated like an adult criminal, and voted against MLK day.

Ron Paul has a few screws loose and confuses the hell out of me.

I agree with almost all of Joe Rogans political views not just his stance on marijuana. I do not blame people for endorsing Ron Paul. I do not endorse a single candidate. I listen to Ron Paul speak and half the time I think he’s brilliant and the other half I think he has a few screws loose.

I am not going to waste my vote on Ron Paul when I know he is only going to get maybe 7 percent of the vote. The only thing on my mind is knowing that the presidential candidates that are front runners are so stupid it’s down right terrifying.

The Republican side cannot even find Egypt on a map and I know Obama can find Egypt and name the people who run that county. One GOP candidate believes that god lives on the planet Kolob, the second one believes that the Moon should be the 51st state, and the third one is a bigoted theocratic nutcase.

Then I am left with Ron Paul and Obama. If I believed Ron Paul had a chance, he would get my vote just to throw a curve ball to both sides of the political spectrum. I am worried about one of those GOP nutcases getting the keys to the White House more than I am worried about Obama.

I know my political views and observations are all over the place.
