Santorum On Gambling

Well, my state has some similar rules too.

I went from 'R' in 2004 to 'I' to 'D' in 2008 so I could vote in the primary (I's not allowed, which is completely idiotic).

If you think about it, if they are concerned about voters changing affiliation to screw up the primary, what difference would it make if one is an oppoiste party or an 'I.' Silly.
