Not really what I was saying. Certain right wingers here keep bringing up the point of Martin getting in trouble for possession of marijuana. I was jist wondering your thoughts on that, since you did chime in here with those that think Zimmerman walks on water.

Like the Twins under tomorrow. We haven't played well at Camden recently, but neither team should excite a gambler this year.

Cashin this is about race just like I said from the beginning and nothing more. Furtive subtle innuendo bigoted comments like that are the exact reason I despise the republican party of today. I can't help but get emotinal since it's a kid who was killed for NO reason.

dl36 – person shows he had hatred in his blood and tells you that he picked on martin because of his race.
It has been proven that Zimmerman stood up in protest in an earlier instance of a police officer hitting a homeless black man..  Also proven he tutors black kids.... so you, like everyone else who is playing the race card, is absolutely absurd...  You just refuse to look at this objectively.

If you show a video to 10 people and then ask each one to write down what they saw you will likely get 8 or 9 different accounts of the same video.

If Zimmerman simply made a mistake or two regarding a detail that doesn't amount to lying but would indeed be reasonable.

If he lied or made a mistake about where the fighting took place or if he was following or not it really doesn't matter.

He could have saved the whole thing if he backed off. Would a reasonable person have backed off? Not necessarily, especially if alot of burglars have been getting away in the past.

It still doesn't matter if he backed off or not. He has every right to question a strangers activities in his neighborhood. As long as thats all he did is question Trayvon he has no reason to regret anything he did. There is no evidence to suggest he did anything to the contrary so WE MUST give him the benefit of the doubt.

What are you saying exactly that he lied about?

C'mon bowls - I know you're not that dense unless it's by intention, lol. OK, I'll try to spoonfeed it if that's what you need. If you believe what the gf (Deedee) says about the call, that totally contradicts what Z said about him returning to his vehicle & being surprised when Trayvon just pops up out of the blue saying "you got a problem" & then "well, now you do" & then slugs him & starts poundin. Contradicts who approached who & what was said between the two.

Beyond that, given how things evolved from the start & the 911 call, pretty hard to believe that Trayvon was just looking to beat up someone that nite going back to his dad's place with skittles & tea, LOL. And that's about what it would amount to if Z's acct is to be believed & he was going back to his car to leave.

    Cashin.

    tis you who is dense.

Did you even watch the video I pointed out with the witness 'John' who eviserated your dumb ass voice expert motherfucker.

I never said Trayvon was looking to beat someones ass that night. But, being followed by a strange dude can change anyones demeanor. That doesn't mean he has the right to go sucker punch him in the face.

He could have been returning to his car. He could have been far enough from his car that it took longer than your little brain can imagine.

    You can't handle this truth.

Cashin what were you saying about the voice expert? What? What?

You falsly trusted a voice expert that wasn't there and is 200% wrong even after the boys father said the voice DIDN'T belong to his son?

WTF? I am sopposed to be the idiot? I am the one with no common sense? How come 'John' who witnessed the whole thing pretty much, just shattered your whole case and made you look like a fool in the process?

How can you allow yourself to be owned that badly? Why would you guys project shit that made no sense? How do you propose to make sure you don't end up looking like a fool down the road?

Well, before you get to gloatin & so cocksure of yourself, a couple things about this video. First, this guy John only says that he saw the guy in a red shirt on bottom saying help, help. Even if he's to be believed, we still don't know how the fight started or how long it was before he looked out again & saw Martin dead.

Maybe they both yelled out at some point, because the last scream/s sound more like a primal type scream like 1 would make right before being shot & isn't really identifiable in what was being said. I had seen this video before & it didn't change my mind at all. Think we'll learn at some point the last screams before the shot came from Martin...

Let's see, so Martin is straddlin & on top of Z in a controlling position while supposedly punching him & beating his head into the sidewalk. Yet despite this he is able to reach down with his free arm & grab his gun from his pants & plant a dead center shot to Martin's chest. I don't think so -

    Not at all.

It is what I have been saying all along. This case has constant twists and turns. Just when something seems to make sense, something contradicts it. From the 911 call where various family members have said it is TM to others saying it is not, to witnesses, to experts, to injuries, to phone calls.

One can come to whatever conclusion they wish by cherrypicking the information that is out there.

That is exactly why forensics would have been vital in this case, and they big piece that is missing.

    Cashin,

A sucker punch is the most likely culprit. That is neither far fetched or implausible.

    Thanks for playing.

PS. It only matters who started the physical confrontation. You will see no evidence that Zimmerman even threw a punch so you may as well give up.

Nothing about my claims for the past week have fallen apart, yet alot of your projections and things you've been clinging to have imploded. IE the so called expert voice douchebag who could/should lose his license.

Actually, we've known for some time that the 13 year old boy was pressured to come up with more detail.

They probably questioned him after they questioned the guy 'John' who said he witnessed almost the whole physical fight. He was very specific and credible and in talking to the 13 year old boy just wanted a bit more to corroborate what 'John' said.

'John's' house appears to be right where the fight happened so his statements are going to have the best value.

Mary Cutcher is an idiot for insisting that Trayvon was the one screaming merely because he was younger. She never saw anything.

How can a voice expert come out looking like a fool like this?

    Cashin,

Trayvon very likely didn't have time to scream because the trigger was pulled as soon as the barrel found him.

bowls - I don't buy it. I agree that to this point (& prob never), there's no way to know exactly what happened & how because there's no eyewitness to the whole episode, but his story doesn't make sense & is totally contradicted by Martin's girlfriend as it pertains to logic/common sense.

As I've said from the beginning, I think it's Z who approached Martin (not the other way around) & however they got into the fight (regardless of who initiated the contact), at some point Martin punched him in the nose (may have been after they were on the ground) & either hit his head on the concrete falling or Martin did bang his head down once or twice tho there is no witness to that either.

But in the end, I think Z got out from under him either by rolling him over & getting the upper hand on top (he was much heavier & stronger) or at least off of him & sideways, Martin screams for his life & Z shoots & kills him. It's almost impossible to believe that someone underneath (after being hit so hard that it bloodied/broke his nose & knocked him down) that is being straddled (with M's knees along his torso/hips) & continuing to be punched in the face & having his head beat into concrete (which would take both M's hands), would be able to reach down into his pants, pull out a gun & shoot. Combined with the other lies he told (if you believe the girlfriend's acct of the call leading up to ther confrontation), there's no way I believe this was justified self defense even under FL's stand your ground statute -

    Cashin,

Having a broken nose and being stunned by that blow will take alot of his power and stamina away. Trayvon was tall and lanky and Zimmerman was only approx 40 pounds heavier. If you're getting your head pounded in the ground it would likely take both hands of Trayvons to do that leaving alot of room for Zimmerman to reach down in his pants and pull the gun out and fire.

I don't agree that the phone call would contradict anything Zimmerman said due to the call being BEFORE the confrontation.

Once again, all that is irrelevant because it doesn't even matter where the fight took place or if Zimmerman was lying about not following. I can't get over how you think that is relevant. Its NOT!

What matters is who took the confrontation from verbal to physical.

Trayvon should have stopped once he knocked Zimmerman to the ground and just pinned him down and held him there or whatever.

Usually, when there is a fight like that the victor gets some sort of submission and backs off. Why did he need to keep pounding his head into the ground?

Its very likely that Trayvon was pissed off at the world for his suspensions and stuff too and simply took his frustration out on Zimmerman.

I go back to the call with the GF....what exactly do you feel counters Zimmermans story?

Her whole account of their call before she said she heard scuffling noises & the line went dead. Can't go over it again - go back & look at what she said as opposed to what Z did. It also indicates that it was Z who came up to Martin instead of what Z said about Martin popping up out of nowhere & attacking him. That is, unless you believe that M was lying to his girlfriend & stalking/following Z while he was saying the opposite to his gf on the phone. I find that highly unlikely -

    OMG

I know what she said and there is nothing to say for sure that Zimmerman approached Trayvon. Even if he did, he just asked him a fucking question. If Trayvon would've answered the question that would be the end of it.

Trayvon could have decided to confron Zimmerman after he told her he wasn't gonna run. Big deal...at some point they both met and there was a physical confrontation. It doesn't matter how they met. Zimmerman said he was following Trayvon on the 911 tape. Again, it doesn't matter. They both had the right to be there. It doesn't fucking matter.

Once again, if Trayvon would have simply stated his reason for being there that would've been the end of it. Instead he decided to sucker punch him and slam his head into the sidewalk.

What the fuck is so hard about that? OOOOH Trayvons girl overheard them asking each other a question so fucking what.

There is nothing that contradicts Zimmermans account. NOTHING.

OK - I'm done on this. I've told you what I think & why and tried to show you some common sense logic that supports it. Nothing much more to say & going on would be arguing just to argue. I'm sure you can find someone else for that

To be honest you were done when your audio voice expert was exposed.

Not like you could be specific or anything about your claims.

Notice how you never mentioned the voice expert today? What false piece of 'fact' will you cling onto tomorrow?

    Common sense?

A lot of white people are gonna vote for president OBbama because they believe in his message; to white people, it doesn’t  matter what color he is as long as he has a policy with which they agree.

Do black people hold the same opinion? Or are they just gonna vote for President Obama  because he’s black.

What’s the honest answer to this question.? Now who’s the racists?

Would a Black Panther member ever put aside his racial genealogy and vote for a white person because he believe’s that white person is right?

Who’s the only civilazionation in the history of the world  who has realized slavery was wrong and has fought, with people of their own own ancestary , to do away with this scorge?

Ya ever google the condition of slavery in sub-sarahan Africa today? Who are you gonna blame this on, whitey?

Funny how the media tried so hard to make it look like a white Mr.Zimmerman ruthlessly murdered a innocent black, church goin, youth.

    Then patrtially white?

Why does the media purposively repress the true racial news stories of the day?

Black mobs brutalizing white citizens in every major city?

    Not a fucken peep!

White conservatives realize that blacks were discriminated against in the past.

    So were Christians and Irish.

Question is: Is your race as committed as ours to do so. I doubt it.

There was just an up date on the death toll In the Civil War  -  the war that ended slavery  - a couple days ago it was probably about 750,000 - 20 % higher than the traditionally quoted figure of 620,000 - and might have been as high as 850,000, according to J. David Hacker of New York's Binghamton University..
