rand paul is douche bag, the guy studies to be an eye doctor, but he can't get "board certified", so he created National Board of Ophthalmology, so the NBO and Rand Paul gave Rand Paul his certification. you can't make this shit up.
Since Rand Paul has given himself his certification, he's been sued for malpractice numerous times, its not wonder he wants to legislate against suing doctors because he says "accidents happen". Imagine how many accidents self certified doctors make?
