Like clockwork President Trump turned an official report on the airplane crash into a meandering attack on Obama, the control tower, hiring standards and Democratic regulations, while preemptively clearing the crews and claiming that under his rules accidents like this will never happen again.

This no change from the first term that was worldwide daily embarrassment of having a idiot sitting in the White House with no one in his administration having the balls to reel him in or give a rattle or age appropriate toy to keep him busy!

RECKLESS: The POS putting a freeze on programs that help the needy was thoughtless & in total disregard for the consequences of his actions. So I'm going to share a recent experience with ya'll.
I volunteer twice a week to deliver food for Meals on Wheels. Today I delivered food that covered meals through the weekend to 17 homes that included 28 individuals. These meals are for people, mostly elderly, who can't leave their homes to go shopping or just can't afford groceries. When I have time, I'll sit & chat with some of these absolutely wonderful, thankful people. Today I took time to sit & talk with everyone.
Many told me how scared they were that Meals on Wheels would no longer deliver food to them because of recent policy decisions of the new administration that they heard about on the news. I reassured them that I would see them again next week & the week after & the week after that. I don't know if I allayed their fears but probably not.
Just for a second think about not knowing when or if you wouldn't have any food to eat in the coming days or weeks. These folks are very proud people who may be alone or dealing with medical issues & they don't need the added stress they experienced this week.
Some of you think I chastise the POS too often, too vigorously & unfairly. However, after experiencing what I did today, I pledge to point out every time this POS does something that is not in the best interests off the country. I realize the stupidity was rescinded but the damage was already done to those who need assistance.

Problem is Trump immediately politicizing every terrible tragedy without knowing facts of the situation. Often no evidence supports his claims. Meanwhile Trump continues to disrupt normal functions of government. New republic reveals that he fired federal aviation safety board and head of transportation security administration before DC collision.
Apparently, it's a place to regurgitate second/third hand media stories and to bump and highlight anything that's against Trump with no conversation other than an emoji. A place for the bot, Third to say "this insert democrat name is right..." or "according to polls, this republican is wrong". So funny how WSC likes to poke at the right any chance he get's when he senses the right is participating heavier and stays silent when it comes from the left. Just look at the top posts in the last hour here. 80% have copy and paste media articles, followed by slander and name calling against Trump.

Sonny, if you've ever read some of the things I share in here, I'm far from angry. I may come off that way to you & maybe others but Sonny iI have a very nice life with a great family, great friends, great doctors, great financial partners, a profitable small business that my wife runs, healthy wife, kids & grandchildren. We have enough money to support causes we believe in like first responders, veterans, animal shelters, Habitat for Humanity & Meals on Wheels to name a few. I can go fishing anytime I want & I'm the Captain of my own vessel that takes me into the ocean in 5 minutes. I'm very fortunate. My health is good & I've learned to relax more often. Life is pretty damn good!
So as you can see Sonny, in the past I would have ripped you a new one for being a smartass but I only do that when it's absolutely necessary now.

This is such crap and so boring hearing your whining. The problem with your thesis is all of the issues come from one direction. The other threads you whine about are not the left going into a right thread and saying stupid comments meant to provoke and annoy, this is the problem not that you dislike the droning that those guys do. Oh, I'm sorry. Are we supposed to segregate based on our political beliefs? Seeing news headlines copied and pasted, single posts with an emoji and the circle jerking going on in here is pretty annoying in itself. Posters come here to have discussions (yes, we can do with with either side of the political party) not to read headlines or news clippings. What kind of discord or discussion are you getting with copy and paste headlines? Or bots like Third that clearly have a political agenda. Why don't you ask thirdperson about their life, their own ideas? Why do you allow bots in these threads that are clearly here to antagonize? As long as you allow that crap, you'll get the same from the other side. IMO thirdperson is doing what you claim those on the right are doing.

I really thought I had seen it all with this creep...sickening. They are literally pulling bodies out of the Potomac and he is immediately politicizing this tragedy. Sad thing is that when I first heard of the crash, my first thought was that he really wouldn't would he? He really wouldn't take this and try to blame it on the left on Biden, on DEI, and he did. He did more than I could have imagined. This one might take the cake for me....

Trump is right. Already watched several news shows interviewing helicopter pilots who say the helicopter was too high. But they just can't stand hearing Trump talk it seems.

Still way too early to claim what you just did. One thing I am curious about is that the military helicopter was flying directly into the arrival path and I have no idea how in any shape or form this would be allowed, it is mind boggling to even allow any height or distance to have another object enter the space of commercial passenger airplanes that are taking a set path that every single one of them will use for that period. What I have not heard an answer to (I have not been watching 24/7) is that the helicopter is REQUIRED to maintain contact with the airport traffic control but was that the case and how would it be ensured that the military helicopter would keep contact as they are required? It isnt like there is some regulatory body tracking low path military activities so say the helicopter didnt keep contact or it happens that they do not, how would this even be traceable?
