You always provide an interesting tidbit I did now know... I always thaought of Herman Kain as a sound and reasonable conservative.  If he is in with the banking crowd, I have to knock him down a notch, if not two.  The next POTUS has many things to do, one of the most important will be to restore the validity of our currency.  Banking insiders are not welcome.  Need a real asshole to make decisions that the banking crowd will hate.

I think that Obama will be the last black POTUS for a very long time.  He will go down in history as the worst president, and actually has a decent chance of having his term blackmarked by being proven to be a non-citizen.

Although Herman Cain is almost the political polar opposite from Obama, his skin color will group him in for voting purposes for a couple generations.

It's ironic that for millions that simply wanted to elect a black president, for all of their efforts and votes they will make repeating the accomplishment almost impossible by selecting such an incompetent candidate.

I totally agree that Ron Paul has the stones and the smarts to be the next POTUS.  He would and could do brilliant things.

Sadly, I also think he has almost no chance of winning because he lacks the charisma that the electorate seem to require.  He will also be bashed endlessly by our media.

BTW, Rand has recently made a statement that he will NOT be entering his name as a candidate for POTUS in 2012... but he made no mention of the VP spot.  I think a Paul/Paul would be brilliant... but I'm not holding my breath
