It is discovered the young BLACK man has an outstanding misdemeanor traffic warrant.

The WHITE cop - a 26 year veteran, sometimes involved in training new cops - alleges
she reached for the yellow colored tazer located on her LEFT hip, by reaching for it on her RIGHT hip
and holding that much heavier dark device, she pulls a GLOCK trigger aimed directly at the midesection of the victim.
The allegation is she might have thought maybe, possibly the guy might have been reaching in his car for a weapon.
No evidence of that - just the thought that maybe he might be................maybe
So she shot the young BLACK man dead.
Now I thought cops were instructed & trained to NEVER shoot until they *KNOW FOR SURE* there is a deadly weapon *and* their lives are in imminent danger.
If she gets off, this means going forward, that cops are always permitted to shoot first and answer questions later, then just use the excuse they "thought" maybe the victim had a weapon are might have been trying to get a weapon, even if they were not sure.

as the world's second largest economy continued its robust recovery from the
coronavirus pandemic.
GDP growth of 18.3% year-on-year in the first quarter was the strongest since China
began keeping records in 1992, and was driven by a surge in retail sales, industrial
production and investment in fixed assets.
The big jump reflects the deep slump in activity in early 2020 but it keeps China
on track for growth of between 8% and 9% in 2021, economists said, far ahead
of the Chinese government's official target of more than 6%.

Attorney General Merrick Garland announced on Friday that the Justice Department
is rescinding a stupid Trump-era memo that limited the use of consent decrees
which holds police departments accused of misconduct accountable.
Garland’s decision to rescind the restrictive rules comes after years of civil unrest
due to the police-involved killings of Black men and women across the country.
With a consent decree, a judge can keep tabs on a police department to make sure
it’s in compliance to the court-ordered agreement.

Justice Department sues Roger Stone
over $2 million in unpaid taxes
WASHINGTON — The Justice Department sued Donald Trump's ally Roger Stone
on Friday, accusing the conservative provocateur and his wife of failing to pay
nearly $2 million in income tax.
The lawsuit was filed in federal court in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
It alleges the couple underpaid their income tax by more than $1.5 million from 2007
until 2011 and separately alleges Stone also owes more than $400,000
for not fully paying his tax bill in 2018.

(CNN) A woman driving by a vigil for a shooting victim was fatally shot in the head
Saturday evening, and five others were wounded, according to the Franklin County
Sheriff's Office in Ohio.
The incident happened Saturday in Columbus after a small group gathered for a
vigil in the parking lot of a Dollar General store.
The vigil was for Jarrin Hickman, who was murdered at the location one year earlier,
the sheriff's office said in a news release.
There are no suspects in custody
Police identified the suspect, still at large, as Stephen Nicholas Broderick, 41.
This suspect is a former Travis County Deputy Sherriff, and last year was charged in child sex crime.
