Note the states:

Look to dusty Iowa cornfields, rain-soaked Virginia parks, the muddy fields of the Shelby County Fairgrounds, where a crowd of 9,500 - almost half of this western Ohio town - gathered among the barns and stables on a frigid October evening this week to glimpse the Republican presidential contender.

I dont know.

But what i do know is, when Obama is ahead in the polls guys like daroad say the polls dont mean shit, but when he finds polls where romney is in the lead, then the poll numbers are important.

The guy doesnt even realize what a fool he makes of himself when he does this crap

Good call .. Just a tidbit of info. The rank and file in my Lake Erie counties are either going to stay at home or not tell anyone who they are voting for . Get my drift....Sad story... Erie county employees haven't had a raise in 5 years . I didn't get in to the specifics but we have lost a ton of private sector jobs in the last X amount of years. Cedar Point is the only viable employer. The reasons for the lack of increases is the eternal debate. People are leaving Ohio!

I really hate to say it, but it might take a total revolution in the country to get things back on track again.

14daroad:  I tell you this with all honesty.  You are setting yourself up for one great fall.  I have witnessed politics since DDE was President.  The POTUS election is a completely different animal from Congress and Senate elections.  The WORKING CLASS PEOPLE in this country are the voters who elect Presidents.  There is NO POSSIBLE WAY the working class voters will elect Romney / Ryan in 2012.  Mark my words, "The 47% statements will go down in history as being Romney's downfall."  Any chance Romney had was lost with that damning 47% video.  The average working people see this man for exactly what he is... a Corporate lackey with no clue whatsoever what makes the Average Joe tick.  Yes, you are about to fall off your high horse.  And when it happens in four weeks, when your head splits on the pavement, don't say you weren't warned.

Goose, I have to tell you, in my eyes, this is by a landslide, the most ridiculus post I have ever read.  Are you truly this blind to the truth of the last two weeks I truly pray for you to be  "elightened" to the recent surge changing tide   The people suffering the most from Obama's policies(47%)  are exactly the ones who will be voting  R&R in 2012 for their kids and grandkids future

Oh wait, you are just getting the masses prepared for OBAMA's theme in their next debate: 47%. 47%, 47%  The more times you repeat 47%,  decreases it's effectiveness and credibility. It's like a broken record I guess that's all the POTUS can do, is attack Romney instead of running on his shiny resume
I can't wait for the mainstream media to turn against the "annoited one" once they realize he definitely ain't winning just sayin

Please. Those comments were so "awful" that Romney gained ground in the polls.

The "average joe" has lost 11% of his income (more than a $2,000 decline) during the Obama Presidency. You seem to think that people are going to forget that and vote more of the same.

From the latest Washington Post/ABC Poll (D+9 sample)

“The slip in the unemployment rate had no meaningful effect on voters’ views of Obama’s stewardship of the economy: 47 percent of all voters continue to approve of the job he is doing on the issue, and 51 percent disapprove. Majorities have consistently given the president negative reviews on the economy, going back more than two years.”

It's over in FL folks:

FIU Hispanic FL voter poll: Obama 51- Romney 44

Mitt Romney is closing the gap on President Barack Obama among likely Hispanic Florida voters, a majority of whom say they’re not better off than four years ago, according to a new Florida International University/Miami Herald/El Nuevo Herald poll.

Obama is ahead of Romney 51-44 percent among Hispanics, a relatively narrow lead that could spell trouble for a Democratic campaign that’s counting on minority support as non-Hispanic white voters flock to the Republican ticket in droves.

Golden Goose, this is what is happening in Ohio:

Danielle Low, a 22 year-old preschool teacher in Lebanon, is the quintessential Romney target voter. In 2008, she was newly eligible to vote, and she chose Barack Obama. "But then I gave birth to my first son, and I knew we needed a change," Low said. "We bought a house in '09 and we're struggling every day, my husband and I are. I just want to see things turn around. I want to be able to afford to have another child. I want to be able to afford to buy a house where we want to live, and right now, with the economy the way it is, we can't do that."

"I think President Obama tricked me into voting for him," Low continued in an impromptu discussion that could have doubled as a Romney ad. "I feel like he lied to me. He made promises he couldn't keep. He played on my young emotions. He played on me because I was young and naïve. I didn't know anything about the world. I believed that he was going to give us a change. I just feel like he made a lot of promises -- there's no way he followed through with them. I haven't seen any change. I've seen change for the worse, not change for the better. So I hope Mitt Romney can carry us through the next four years."

It's the same old crowd, they are just a little more confident after Obama was too polite in the debate so they are showing up to listen to more lies. The are being conned again.

don juan -  How can you categorize taking a nap on the national stage as being polite. Defending Obama is worse than defending Arods performance

You know it's a bit unbecoming of you to repeatedly call Mitt and Paul Ryan names (as the future leaders of this country and as one of the elder "statesmen" of this site yourself), but do as you must, they will assuredly be better than Crackhead and Butthead.
