what is the best wsop curcuit event to go to

really looking forward to checking one of these out this year, i hear they capped the buy in at 1200$ max to generate lots of buyins, that my range, looking forward, was thinking maybe the 3rd one in chicago, or just outside chicago, any feedback on these curcuit events
