Need help - can't get online site to run..

Hey guys - am hoping someone can help me out.  I downloaded both Poker Stars and Full Tilt. At the end of the download, I get the icon on my desktop, but I can't open it.  Anyone know why that is?
 
I thought it might have something to do with a shortage of memory on my computer, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
