White jigs w a yellow curly tail a creek where the the tides flooding in our out, easier is on a popping cork 30 inches down barely bounce it a few times...moon straight up or below is the best...

The cobia tend to swim up w the snapper catches so have a spinning rod w a tasty jig w a rubber curly tail I catch a bonus cobia every time....braided on the spinning rod...

Flounder fishing is really good off the Mantanzas Inlet espec the north sand/mudflat bay this time of year per a fresh shrimp tipped jig, also anchor the rock wall directly west of the inlet kinda deep, redfish....wink

I’ve gone before in St. Augustine. Caught a bunch of the red snappers. Mangrove I want to say. They clean them on the boat for you and a restaurant in the bay will cook it for you with fries and coleslaw for a minimum price.
You’re eating fish that was alive just 15 minutes earlier.
