Sportsbook.com stole close to 1 million dollars from their customers this weekend.... and Covers advertises for them?

When everyone else has either made a statement about it saying its okay (THERX- which is ridiculous) or has pout a stop to all advertisements (EOG, SportbookProp, SBR, etc etc.) but yet there wasnt even a statement from you guys.. i think you do need to wake up.  Its obvious.

You can use your little internet superiority all you want against me, you should feel great about yourself for becoming something on the internet, but as someone who is part of a business, I have to say your P.R. needs some damn work. 

If the business I am a part of advertised for terrorism or some kind of huge scam uknowingly and it came out in the open, we'd be doing some huge backtracking, stop advertising and tell everyone to not give any money towards it.  We would feel the need to apologize for anyone who got ripped off very openly.

You guys?  You handled it ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

Its been 4 fuckin days since the news came out about it... and still nothing? LOL

Its so terrible how you (covers) have so much disregard for your members' well-earned money being at risk.  Not to mention the issue sportsbook had all summer with very slow pays, bad checks from Lebanon, etc etc.   And yet you still advertise for them?

Which is more important to Covers?  Money or screwing over their members?   Apparently you chose the first one.  And don't blame it on giving us free product, cause I can think of two other "free product" forums who said the hell with the money, we'd rather not lose our members...

You on the other hand....

You put someone in the Penalty Box for actually looking out for the members.

You guys are at least investigating and I guess this is all I can ask for.  I'm sure once they find the truth, those damn sportsbook and sportsbetting ads won't be up anymore.

I think what 3rd was getting at by that was that if you would just give Broc time to look into it, an answer would be given about what Covers plans on doing.  Also, it was said that your stay in the box was going to be a week, but then you kept on with the comments of "you're a joke" and all that.  That is what is meant by reading, I think the mods and Broc did a great job of explaining to you what action they were going to take (investigating) and what would happen if you didn't cool it.

It's all on you now bro. 

I don't mind being boxed for a little while if it means I finally got the word out about this.

Maybe it worked, maybe it didn't... doesn't really matter....  I usually don't post alot till the first few weeks of college bb season.
