NFL Network Why Women in the Announcers Booth Why?

I wish Women would just stick to Women's Sports no need to have women in the booth. Watching the game with no sound, can't stand women Announcers. I hate to say this but I would rather listen to Collinsworth over any women.

I've been watching some of it. She's fine. She's better than the Oakland A's announcer. And it was the other dude that was acting like it wasn't a catch somehow when he had 2 feet down like 10 feet inbounds and rolled out of bounds.

To answer the question in the title of the thread…. To make sandwiches at halftime? 

I don't mind women announcers.... for womens sports.  In fact, I kind of expect and maybe even want there to be a woman in the booth for a womens soccer game or softball or a ladies tennis match or whatever.  But I can't stand listening to women call a mens sport.  For me, Doris Burke is the worst, closely followed by that old hag that used to announce Big10 football games, and the chick they had doing Sunday night baseball on ESPN.  So I end up watching a lot of games with the TV on mute.
