enjoy your write up every week, you would be perfect for ESPN/Gameday sitting next to Corso,

what are your thoughts on Georgia-Alabama in Atlanta, last year Georgia was better in the first half, weak in the second, this year in seems to be reverse although their schedule has been weak period.

USC should win that game...But UCLA has looked better then they have in recent years

It's still a week off, and to maintain rankings while couched against southern schools with budget problems. No risk football is not ok for a conference that will get bids over other conferences, and favorable matchups:

S. Car vs (say) Tex Tech or or Iowa St

Florida vs Northwestern or Mich St.

SEC goes 2-0 in those "heavyweight matchups", and ESPN and the SEC make mucho $$$$$
