HotRod...I heard that same 1-16 reseeding effective immediately rumor too if JAmes heads west...the optics of the league will take a HUGE hit in the face of legalized sports betting now if they do indeed make this drastic change in utter haste...and if the NBA does it, they likely won't be able to recover from all the negative press for a very long time.

I understand the league used to act accordingly back in the day and changed rules when it was obviously required (ie- heightening the baskets because of guys like Russell etc,), but to essentially eliminate both conferences will rip the league apart.

If Silver actually proceeds with this, it's the most amateur move a commissioner will make in the modern sports era...even Bud Selig would shake his head in disgust

Although remember, the NBA actually considered a 4 point shot at one point a year or two ago...so what do I know.

Like this league is the rock n jock MTV special....a 4 point shot...GTFO.

Just trying to make some money here hotrod...juice + some conservatism with discussion has yielded some good results!

Now PLEASE Japan just go out and lose your first game and give yourself a primrose path to elimination....

I figure that could be due to “Lebron’s camp” (not sure what that means Agents? PR reps? Friends? Family?) saying that hey prefers Collin Sexton from Alabama hence...he’s staying?

Lebron has done this before of course....

I heard Salah was not physically capable to put on his own jersey in game one...everyone expected him to be their first sub in the 2nd half but never made it onto the pitch...i doubt he sees action in games 2 and 3

Only the filthy rich who have 10yrs to park half a million doll hairs would be the ones betting the no...if i had that kind of money and time, i would...like dirk said, they will gladly take 50s and 100s wagers all day long from the Lebron Fluffer Club...the books live to steal small amounts from the public each and every day...they are addicted to "the skim"...i would be too

Either Japan is decent or Columbia is not very good. And I think it’s a lot of both......Columbia should be ashamed.

Japan winning today all but ripped up my Japan to finish last ticket.   I placed that bet a week ago so James being out ruined any chance of this hitting.   This group is the most wide open of any group now.
