If you are going to kill yourself over this, you might as well do it. Your money management is terrible. If you could blow all your bankroll in 4 days and feel that bad about it, it is only a matter of time til you are right back here again. You are programmed to lose with that line of thinking.
Take the day off, work out a payment with the bookie and go by your kid an ice cream.

I ended up taking the Nats and until the solo HR by Brown was really sweating it. I have a one run man cushion and a man on first. Hopefully, I win because the end result is looking pretty with my current state of mind.

Listen, if the game should lose.  Don't do anything stupid.  I'd rather see you tell your bookie to go fuck himself.  If you lose, just wait a month and see how you feel.  Suicide is no joke.  Put the gun away, and just wait a month.  Things will get better... trust me.

Thanks buddy!!! You along with many other from Covers are really providing great advice. Yes, it seems obvious to someone who hasn't walked into my shoes to not be so destructive but sometimes you just need to hear a positive outlook.

Thanks for understanding my situation and talking some sense into me. I pray this game doesn't lose but crazy things have happened on my watch. If it does, I plan to call that 800 problem gambler number one of the other posters provided. Just need to get my life back on track. Thanks again for your words over encouragement!

i really hope u win and i mean that sincerely.  if u look at my above posts, u should realize i dont make token comments.  if u do win, i dont know if u have what it takes to quit cold turkey.  so is it possible u can promise yourself that you will take 2 FULL WEEKS OFF to think rationally on how you can better manage your money in the future

Win or lose...make this your last bet.  You shouldn't gamble.  Nobody, except teenagers, bets all their money on games.  You have a problem.  Not hating.

Worst case scenario..you lose.  Just work hard.  Save your money.  Try to pay off your debts the best you can.  As long as you have a roof over your head, and some food.  You're OK.  Like I said, I promise, in a month you will be back on track.  Suicide is just stupid.  If anyone loves you in the world, you will ruin their lives forever.  Over a 10k debt, and some other problems.  Fuck that.  You will come out stronger.  Trust me.  Just at least wait a month to decide on a permanent solution to a temporary problem.

Glad you are on Nats, just get it together, straighten it out with the bookie and be #1 to your kids. The thing with fucking gambling is, the spreads, the games will be there tomorrow, the next day, and the day after.....your kids need you, get out of this hole and consider getting some help if the urge is wreaking havoc on your life.

My suggestion is of you keep betting you shpould stop once you are caught up and start investing in gold/silver and/or coin collecting..they gave you 2 good pics and that was pitt and wash and i think someone said oakland,I hope you picked one of those but after try the suggestion ...And  I owed 24k child support arrerages at one point and didnt even really owe it,was ruled by a judge I didnt but moved to a diff state and they said I did..they were addinf up the support while I was a disabled vet trying to get my benes fighting for 18 years and the kids got my ssdi for when I worked 25 years...anyway to make a real long story short....I paid it off in full and the gun thing is not a solution!! best of luck to you!
