Nossi, do you even know anything about fighting? I mean truthfully. Like conditioning or training? I know you pump weights and all, but say someone would get really pissed and want to come and fight you, what would you do?

I'm the farthest thing from scrawny and let me just bring up what my week consists of one more time in case you missed it, 3 on 3 off at the gym working with just weights, on the off days I train BJJ and train @ a boxing gym.

You people are the only people that fuck with me, just in case you wanted to know. WHY? because you have a computer in front of you.

Talk this shit in person to me and the street sweeper is gonna be picking up your teeth.

Easy, don't let that happen, if you are worried that may happen to you, you better check out Anderson Varejou's conditioning workout. He knows how to tuck them in.

Thanks. Hasn't happened in my 38 years but my reflexes are starting to slow down. I can't even imagine being kicked right square in the nuts and how painful that would be. I'd have to shoot the bastard.

I work with alot of younger kids as well as Adults and I can't even tell you how many times I've been kicked in the balls by accident. About 5 years ago I had to go to the hospital after being hit because I was pissing blood. Luckily it didn't turn out to be much at all and cleared up in a few days.
