again ill put up the picture you be the judge if you want...I was up to 178 then went down to 170 now im back up to 175, as I said before my metabolism is quick as shit so I have to drink 3 protein shakes and 4 big meals a day just to keep weight.

Boxer's fracture...heals in 6-8 weeks. You're not supposed to lead with the hand, Mr. Knish....elbow first, remember that tip as it might come in handy one day.

I guarantee knish and 2nd haven't been in 1 fight in their life and they get all their gusto from watching UFC fights, thinkin they can just jump in the ring and be the next  anderson silva

I trained in Tang Soo Do for 10 years and I have seen quite alot of injuries over the years. The most common ones recently have been wigger kids throwing limp wristed punches and breaking their hands.
