Gas surpassed $5/gallon here last week........now at $5.20........in fact some stations are prepping their pumps for DD prices. Meanwhile, DJ's approval ratings have slipped as low as 32%, depending on which poll you wanna go by. No one wants his endorsement, & the WH is taxed with trying to tell us "what he really meant" after his outings or speeches.
Sad time for America......

Dimon said at JPMorgan’s investor day in May that there were “storm clouds” looming over the US economy, but he said he’s since updated that forecast given the challenges faced by the Federal Reserve as it attempts to rein in inflation. “Right now it’s kind of sunny, things are doing fine, everyone thinks the Fed can handle it,” Dimon said.
“That hurricane is right out there down the road coming our way,” the JPMorgan Chase & Co. chief executive officer said at a conference sponsored by AllianceBernstein Holdings Wednesday. “We don’t know if it’s a minor one or Superstorm Sandy. You better brace yourself.”
Amazing how much damage can be done in 1 year, we got three more! 
People cry about $5 gas when they are out buying $6 packs of cigarettes, $20 lottery scratch-offs and $6 Starbucks cup of coffee . Don't cry about necessities when you don't think twice about dropping that kind of money on luxuries.
I don't smoke and never go to any coffee shop. And I don't scratch lottery tickets.
Fuel prices are outrageous, on purpose, and everything that is shipped costs more because of it. Heating your home costing more. Transition to cleaner energy is one thing, shutting down fossil fuels to force getting there hurts everyone. Stupid approach.
Had plans to upgrade my house exterior, not gonna happen now, prices too far outta reach. Contractors will be hurting. Left my 5th wheel in storage in AZ cause I don't know if I can afford to trailer it anymore. The RV business is toast now.
China building several coal fired plants as we speak. How big of a fool can we be?

Might be incorrect but don't remember you crying about spending that the former guy did & put us further in debt. Also don't remember you bitching about oil company profits that are definitely influencing the price of gas. Also can't believe some think the Saudis are our friends.
We are continuing to feed the economy & not hesitant to do so. Just placed an order for hurricane windows for a property that will take 4 months to receive because they are made in Columbia. Can you believe that...freaking Columbia not here in the states. And when they arrive, the windows will most likely be installed by recent immigrants not yet American citizens
America has always been great & we will continue to be so. Don't buy into those silly slogans again like Make America Great Again or Build the Wall or Drain the Swamp because none of that ever happened. It's time to make major changes in our government & I will vote for who I believe is best for our country & DeSantis is not the answer. However, I will consider others.

So next time if you want to rail against Biden again just post in one of the several threads which are partisan whining and then that can be your sandbox and not that every single time you are mad at Biden you make a new thread about it. If you notice the threads put in here it isnt all one sided, BUT the threads moved here are all ranting and not really discussion of a topic, this first message you made is WHY the thread was moved. If you are mad at gas prices say it, but that isnt really politics, if you want to say Biden has low ratings well put that in the ranting thread, you have made mention of low ratings several times.

You're the guy that falls for every political ad believing that the candidate is actually meeting with cops, construction workers and minorities. If you are truly for a small government, then neither party is for you. If you think Republicans are for small government, why is it they want to control things like women's bodies and what is read/taught in classrooms? And if you think "Drain The Swamp" was working, have you not seen the laundry list of people associated with that movement that are in jail/legal trouble or headed there?
