You have me confused with someone else, I don't identify myself as a party affiliation......I like to make money like the rest of us BUT I also realize there is a major correction coming, the likes of which we have not seen since 08.  You continue to babble nonsense, unicorns and pixie dust.  It is quite sad and I feel sorry for you and others who live their lives like you....

 Fupa.... please don't group me into any political party.  I do not identify by one political belief as I have many beliefs that may fall on either side of what mainstream considers "the middle".  This is one of the major problems with our Country.  People identify themselves as a "word".  Republican / democrat.  When you only have TWO words to choose from to identify YOURSELF as then you as a people are already in trouble.  This is of course on top of the fact that people are identifying themselves with a word to begin with.  If all of you as a "person" were defined by one word, what does that say about us as people??

The Federal Reserve has edged closer to winding down its bond buying program, but some market pros say the central bank could now wait several months before officially announcing a move.

There has been some speculation the Fed could use its Jackson Hole, Wyo. symposium in late August as a venue to lay out details of when and how it would start reducing its $120 billion a month quantitative easing program.

To prop up the economy and provide liquidity during the coronavirus crisis, the central bank has been buying $80 billion a month of Treasurys and $40 billion in mortgage-backed securities.

U.S. weekly jobless claims hit 17-month low;
ranks of unemployed shrinking

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The number of Americans filing new claims for unemployment benefits fell to a 17-month low last week, pointing to another month of robust job growth.

"We can infer that hiring remains strong in August, pointing to a healthy jobs report for this month," said Robert Frick, corporate economist at Navy Federal Credit Union in Vienna, Virginia.

US economy grew slightly more than we thought last quarter

(CNN Business) America's economy expanded at a slightly faster pace than initially thought in the second quarter, the Bureau of Economic Analysis reported Thursday.
Between April and June, US gross domestic product grew at an annualized and seasonally adjusted rate of 6.6%.
It represented the best quarterly growth rate since last fall when the recovery boosted the economic expansion.

The small revision reflected larger investments in things like equipment, as well as more exports.

That is welcome news to say the least.

Powell's dovish comments on inflation are arguably the biggest reason
for the uptick in positive sentiment, especially since headlines about
Covid-19 and Afghanistan are still not good.

Jobless claims fall to new pandemic low

New York (CNN Business) The number of first-time claims for jobless benefits
dipped to a new pandemic-era low last week. That's welcome news,
and proof that the jobs recovery is still moving in the right direction.
Last week, only 310,000 Americans filed for jobless benefits, adjusted for
seasonal swings, the Labor Department reported Thursday.

i think i read where the common average claims for jobless benefits is around 240,000 so this is good news we r getting close        at least in that regard     but a lot of that is bcuz so many were forced to leave the job market to stay home for home children and business declines thanks to chumps negligence
