I think it is more plausible that he (Epstein) was an asset of sorts and that is the reason for the cloak and dagger as it relates to release of information, evidence, lists, etc.

Given Trump's proclivity towards the Stormy D type, I'm less inclined to take the walk down your path.

Do I believe that Trump could have visible ties to Epstein under my initial belief.......absolutely.  Trump and a ton of other influential and powerful people.
