According to Wallet hub, the 10 most educated states tend to be democrat.  Massachusetts, Vermont, Maryland, Connecticut, New Jersey, Virginia, New Hampshire, Minnesota and Washington.  However 10 least educated states tend to be republican.  Texas, New Mexico, Alabama, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Nevada, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and West Virginia.
