I think they brine gator like they do old catfish sows.  You have to in order to get the fishy, gamey taste out of the meat.  Like wild game.

It seems like a lot of people are on the Eagles, a lot of trends also pointing towards them... my intuition is that one of the key of the games will be if the Eagles can get to Mahomes, the way the Bengals couldn't do it... Mahomes will surely be more mobile, but the injury he had usually takes between 3 and 6 weeks to heal, so even though it has been 3 weeks since the injury, he still had to play 2 weeks ago.

 

I'm too clueless to make a bet, my intuition says Under, mostly because Philly can put up really solid scoring drives, around ~7 minutes worth of time, usually...
