I understand all of your points. Not even saying you are wrong. I have said for quite a long time that he is one of the most underrated coaches in the NFL. In fact, I could suggest him as the most underrated. For some of the same reasons you list. I would argue that he does not create these ‘drama queens’ as much as contain them. I could argue that he does not need to be their ‘guiding light’ but just their ‘head coach’. They are grown men.
Look at his record over the years, especially with subpar talent many of those years. For example, look at how well they did without Big Ben when he got hurt. They still nearly made the playoffs.
I think a huge part of that is how he is able to deal with the drama queens and control them. I do not know if Tomlin publicly or privately ‘punished’ him. But he seemed to do a decent job of controlling him better than any other coach has. He seems to be a true ‘players coach’ and, therefore, gets more from his players.
But, that aside, Brown is flat out a nut case.

Absolutely. He is an elite all-time talent. Has the best route running in a very long time. Great hands and good speed combined with excellent route-running is such a hard combination to find. That ability to separate and get open would have made him a reliable receiver for a long time after he lost a step. Apparently, stays in shape and is dedicated when his head is on right,
But you are correct, he is nuts!

Howdy! Yes. I saw replay of the Jerome and was so awful muddy I’m not sure how to gauge that race.
I will keep an eye on him. Thanks for the heads up! Always like the horses from AP for sure. 
Yes. Brother-in-law is the Canadian pilot. It does seem to be picking up for them. His hours were way cut way back last year but, luckily, he wasn’t one that got laid off.
Hopefully, the worst of the bad (if that makes sense) is behind us. For sure, the travel industry was one that got hit hard and could use a break.

I love the AP line, or any line containing Secretariat blood. That fucking horse was a mutant. Doesn't have a crazy stud record but if I recall, did better as a dame sire, which was the case with AP Indy.
