actually ult1ma the bet payout of 23,000 would be right, his original 10,000 + 13,000 (winnings) = 23,000 (total bet payout)
 
nevertheless this bet is ridiculous and he is going to get burned.

Welcome to all the hate on Covers.  Never post a ticket!  People don't believe you anyway.  Why they should care I will never know.  BUT ... in your defense THE TICKET HE POSTED IS CORRECT!!!! 
 
NO - not all online books use commas.
 
AND - the PAYOUT amount certainly would be 23000.00 because he would get his original bet back.  Amount won is 13000, but PAYOUT amount, which so many online books use on their tickets, is 23000.
 
If you think he is full of crap, why even post anything???  Haters suck!

The key is that he made the ticket (bet) after his initial post.  If you are going to announce a large bet, seemingly you would place the wager first.  Funny line movement, though.

to whoever asked, lots of places take up to 10 k in a single game?? these books have millions of dollars it would be in their best interest to take guys like this money...umm yes ill take 10 g on the nationals, bet365 i know will take any bet up to 500,000...not chump change for sure.
