I admit this is kind of silly, but hey- I watch this shit and think that it's probably more predictable and thus a better bet that legitimate sports. Breakdowns!

HHH doesn't need to be "built up" with a big-time win over another big name as he now has (real-life) responsibilities outside the ring. They are trying to re-establish Lesnar as the ultimate MMA machine so that down the road when his short-term deal is up he can make another one of their younger or more recent stars look good. I saw Lesnar as cheap as -150 and would imagine that he will win here, just be advised that there has been nothing but drama surrounding Brock backstage since his return. He is reported to have caused problems with many due to his attitude and if there is another major incident then this match might not go down as originally scripted.

This is a triple threat match, which means that 3 wrestlers have a match at the same time. Don't be fooled by the odds on the two challengers since CM Punk seems to be poised to retain his title. He's had a lengthy reign as "good guy" champion but recently turned "bad guy" all while keeping the WWE Championship. Normally if a guy with the title gets a bit stale they like to have him lose to someone who is an "opposite"; bad guy will lose to a good guy and vice versa. Since Punk already has a fresh new direction, I would expect him to win this match somehow and continue being "the best in the world" as he says.

Sheamus -305
This is perhaps the most interesting of all the matches. ADR is unlikely to become champion again since he is injury prone and Sheamus is someone who the company thinks can be one of their main PR guys (taking photos with the troops, smiling pics with kids, doing radio interviews, etc) so I wouldn't expect them to transfer the title to someone less reliable or marketable. However, a returning Randy Orton is waiting in the wings and I would see him feuding with Alberto del Rio (who actually attacked and laid the foundation for a new feud with Orton this past episode of Smackdown) rather than another "good guy" like Sheamus. If the line creeps up to +300 I would see good value in del Rio, but still expect Sheamus' title reign to continue.

The person who wins at the PPV is usually the one lying face down at the end of the weekly TV show prior to the PPV. This especially holds true if he is a major fan favorite. Lately WWE has been switching up the formula but watching the RAW or Smackdown episodes prior to the PPV would be a good DVR option if you want to place some coin on rasslin'.
It's still real to me, dammit!
