Gents I'm not a regular at Pinny and with that being said, would I be correct in saying, if you know, that parlays involving curling and hockey for example are not permitted at that sportsbook?

That is correct.
The only books I know that allow parlays in curling is Bet365 and maybe 5Dimes.
