Betting the Pulse regroup over their bye week and come back for another beating with renewed vigour. Conversely, Tactix have lost their last four by 1, 2, 2 and 4 so I think they may be a little deflated.
Think the total set is low. Tactix have not been scoring alot but they have played a couple of the better defensive teams lately. Plus they are unlikely to wilt in the last quarter like they did last week against the Pulse.

thanks AB, back at you for your outstanding league season.
Terrible second half yesterday saw the over miss by a goal. Both teams did everything they could not to win. missed one footer in the last 30 seconds would have tied the total. oh well.
Thunderbirds -4 1u
Thunderbirds v Firebirds over 104 1u
My numbers suggest there is nothing between these two, although I think the Thunderbirds are a goal or two better. Both are 4 and 2, with near identical percentage.
However, Thunderbirds have owned the Firebirds in their three encounters, winning by 6 and 12 away and 19 last season when they played in Adelaide. No theory why but willing to bet it.
With Magic looking rather shaky winner of this becomes the second ranked team for mine.
Adelaide's Beveridge has improved alot, evidenced by 43 from 47 last start against the swifts. TBs now more willing to throw long high ball to her, speeding scoring up. Think there is a bit of value in the over.

whingeing again. adelaide play like inebriated wombles for most of the first 58 minutes, then turn it on in the last 2 minutes and score 5 goals to nil to pull off an improbable victory. anyway.
Steel +6.5 1.5u
If Magic play like they have been I would not be suprised to see the steel win. If Magic play to their potential they could easily win by double digits.
Steel won this fixture last year and arguably they are playing better this season and magic worse.
Vixens -8.5 1.5u
Vixens are probably due for a poor performance but seems unlikely here against the reigning champs. If they can beat the Fever away by 24 wouldn't be suprised if they can do similar to the swifts at home.
Vixens v Swfts over 103.5 1.5u
Despite playing poorly in many games the swifts have only gone under this number twice, in both games against the thunderbirds who are generally low scoring.
Vixens have generally been low scoring, but nearly sent the total over by themselves last week. Swifts defence has been poor, would not suprise me if vixens score 60+.

had the Vixens ML in a double tonight and after watching them struggle to put that one to bed I'm circling their next match as a great spot to fade them.
They have a bye next week then they take on the Magic in New Zealand, all over the Magic if the line is right (I reckon the game will be a pk or Magic -1 )
At 7-0 I reckon the Vixens have rounded off at the top of their "upward curve" and are due for their first defeat

i saw it the other way jive i am keen to be on them next start against teh magic, but given how i went this round you are likely to be right.
IMO vixens can move the ball around a fair bit better than the other teams and have quality back two and front two. most of their errors last night were careless/sloppy play which can be cut out especially. after a bye i think they will refocus.

hmmm, looks like the stars aren't aligning on this one. Had really hoped the Vixens were back on deck next week but yeah, the bye probably gives them time to re-focus.
Had they been across the ditch this weekend and a one or two goal fave, would've liked the magic
