Gold Coast are banged up and Harvey won't be playing. Whilst Harvey hasn't done anything for them this season it probably won't matter. What matter is the Gold Coast are shit and are over-hyped. They are probably the worst team in the competition at the moment.

Sydney will be unleashing their new import tomorrow night and this guy can shoot baskets. He is a scoring machine and it's exactly what Sydney needed. I would probably expect the first half to go over if Gold Coast can finally hit baskets early. Will wait for in-play to take the under, but at the moment 164.5 is a tad too high. Like the first half better.

Townsville v Adelaide

Adelaide suck. We all know that. Townsville look like they are starting to hit their groove. The 36ers also had a bye last week which may affect them early.

While Harvey has "all of a sudden" become one of the worst shooters in the league.........u still have to respect him....he still spreads the floor........and is a good passer....

IMO, they are missing Petrie big time, he is big and strong and adds mongrel.........he is a big loss.......

Bolar, i am still very "sus" regarding the perth Cairns game on Sunday night...........Seriously, the under got smashed and Lisch, who is easily the Wildcats BEST player, takes his first shot with 3 mins left in the 2nd qtr......

Cmon mate, its not as if any of his team mates were firing, all his team mates were struggling badly and he still doesnt take a shot.....

Who the fuck is the walking wounded and pathetic Blaze to lay points to anybody right now? Too often this team plays uninspired and lacks cohesion which is a by product of their coach. Worthington and Clark are the only few shining lights for this crew offensively and their defense is virtually non-existent.  

Kings have added more firepower with Sanders but their guards are still their main weakness. Taj needs to lift his game and still playing for his contract. Khazzouh can cause headaches for the Blaze down low but needs to get the ball early and often. Kings out-played the Hawks for the entire 1H last week but fell away badly in the 2H. Their defense can keep them in this game and if Sanders is as good as the scouting report suggests then they are in with a real shot for an upset win here.

Gold Coast will get their offence clicking one of these rounds. We're 8 rounds in, they can't keep going on like this. If they convert over 50% of their shots, they will win. 

That is the main thing I'm worried about. The further the season goes on, the more likely that they will get their offence clicking.

With that said, it won't be this week. You, Rod and I are on the right side here form wise.

What we need to hope for is high scoring early so we can take advantage of totals in the high 170's.

It didn't work last televised game. Hopefully it works this time around.

The unders started the season off well. Betweens round 2 and 5 it favoured the overs. Round 6-8 favoured the unders. A massive 4 out of 6 games went under this round. Haven't seen that since the first week.

Have a feeling the next few rounds will favour unders too. Instead of improving as the season goes on, these players look like they are getting shitter.
