Taipans are a talented team, playing at home and just starting to get some form. NZ are a talented team, playing their second game away in 2 nights and played poorly last night. Jackson was great, Corletto was good and everyone was below par. If they continue their form for last night, they should lose by double digits.

Cats are good. Sixers won't match up on them well. Even if Sench has a good game, they Cats will match. They are looking forward to starting their home run. Watch that first game line be about 12 points.

I didn't hear the whole story but the airlines systems died today and I wonder how much that impacts the Breakers tonight. I heard it was down for up to 3 hours. While it isn't a long flight, it wouldn't be helpful to sit in the airport for a couple of hours.

Only scoring 14 points in the 1Q. 12 down. Instead of continuing, the Breakers reset and are playing properly. Only good thing was the early foul trouble which was managed really well.

Yeah... I can't explain how they only shot 27%. The Breakers weren't playing great D. The Crocs would have beaten the Taipains by 10+ in this game. I picked this game really badly. I expected the Breakers to come out like they did on Friday night and I expected Cairns to know the ball goes in that little metal hoop with a net on it. WTF was I thinking? Seems like that Sunshine Swing is still a bye week for the good teams.

I was 100% when I was picking one or two games and betting against the Crocs. I have loaded up on the Cats. 36ers should want to bounce back against the Cats after a 30 point loss... and it's the Cats last week of away games... but I see the Cats controlling the game. They are lacking a bit of height against the two bigs but they have the talent, speed and teamwork to dominate this. Lets hope I can go 2-2 this week... I doubled up so it would be a positive weekend for me.

Started the weekend at 7-0 for NBL...8-2 doesn't sound nearly as good.

OK... 8-3... 1-3 for the weekend. Not good.

Cats being outscored by 14 in the 4th Q. I wouldn't have picked that. Sixers has 7 more turnovers but poor shooting just didn't make them competitive. My finger is off the NBL pulse now.
