Fever are the highest scoring team, but my thinking is this will be tight and tense game keeping it under. Vixens defenders two of the hottest players at the moment hopefully can control the mad stork some what.

Looking at monday's game, I know we were talking about sticking sharp three pronged objects into the NSW after last weekend's game, but can't help but think this is a "line in the sand" moment for the Swifts.

I am takiing the firebirds but a little down on confidence after yesterday. A few thoughts:
- Swifts scored 9, 7, 16 and 8 per quarter last week, they were hopeless for the majority of the match
- their last four games have been pretty hopeless
- i am not sure wanting to win or trying hard helps that much, you want to be confident, relaxed yet intense, in the zone which primarily comes from winning
- the firebirds defence has improved a bit from last season
- sydney defenders have had no impact on tall shooters, aiken to roll

However, I expect their shooting statistics to revert to the mean (Cox has been shooting at 83.3% this year (7th in the league) and Bell at 73.9%).The Firebirds defence is a worry however, they have been the stingiest of all teams so far this season.
