I asked them for an explanation on why my bet was graded a loss… have yet to receive anything. It’s not about the money, it’s straight principle at this point.
The last leg of my parlay was 2 or more 3 pointers made in the first 3 min of the game. The second 3 was made at exactly the 9:00 min mark. Exactly 3 min into the game. I was told it was a loss. That’s it.
I looked through the rules and saw nothing. Asked them to send me the rules that state it would be a loss. Nothing. If anything, I’d understand it being a push. Definitely not a loss tho.
