My Book has stage wins right now at o/u 3.5 for Cav. both are -115. any thoughts??

Over. Stage 10 isn't till Tuesday but he'll win that for sure.

after I just checked, only 4 flat stages left. means hes gotta win 3/4

Not true. Easily 5 stages left he could win and he has 1 already.

Doesn't have to be all flat, just not major mountain climbs.

Not anymore. -140 chalk was steep for that and now that he didn't get Stage 10 it's very unlikely.
