betfair voided bet

Question

i had a bet on the WNBA yesterday on betfair that appeared as normal and was in my matched bets all day, however it did not settle after the game finished.

i queried it with them and got a we will look into it email.

today i look and the bet has disappeared and they have refunded the bet amount.

i queried them again and they claim the market has been voided due to it "loading incorrectly".

i could see anything different about this market or bet.

how would you know any bet isn't going to be voided after it wins. i can't see how anyone would use them if they are going to do this.

has anyone had a similar experience?

well they gave me an explanation.in the left column it said Atlanta &#x2B;4.5 whereas in the main section it correctly had Atlanta -4.5.still not happy.

gee thats abit rough especially atlanta covered anyway. i had same problem last week when i had chelsea to win or draw at f/t in a multi. they said i lost but actually chelsea drew at f/t. in the end they corrected and i won the multi. i also had a push last week in wnba and took them 5 days to refund the money and only when i sent them an email.lol with luxbet. but other than that im happy with them.

There was a time when they used to honour these bets if they did make a genuine mistake or honour half the wager. Now you find with the smaller books that they just void it.BUT if you make a mistake they won&#x27;t void the bet will they. Pure and utter pricks
