I see Fev has now joined an elustrious list of idiots who have claimed the Swans are talking to them.
Just thought I would start with a few (not so true rumours) I have heard.
1) Wendall Sailor is believed to be in talked with the Saints to take over from Fraser Gherig. Fraser Gherig playing his final year has performed poorly. It is expected Sailor who is still dopped up and a failure at Rugby and League would be a faster and stronger option that would also pull in the younger fans and crackheads from the outer suburbs of Melbourne. There has been talk of a 3 year, $1M contract with unlimited supply of Whizz-Fizz and anchovy pizza.
2) Strong rumours coming out of the West the Freo are looking at a new coach. Comments from the Fremantle board indicate that the Dockers are keen after having seen Craig Bellamy's effort in Origin to poach him from Melbourne.
3) Alexander Downer has been approached as the new player / coach for the Melbourne Dees. Shane Heal will serve as assistant coach.
