Huge round last round, hopefully I can make it another very profitable round.

 

Carlton/Freo
I was a bit dissapointed to see Thornton back in the side for the blues as Freo could have had a big advantage on their forward line, as it is they still have an advantage, just not as much.

Freo definately have their issues but they have some quality players and not many weak links. Freo have a big advantage in the ruck. Sandilands has been in terrific form against a much smaller (weight & height) and inexperienced Kruezer. Which should give them first opportunity.

Tarrant gives me the shits and I think him at CHF is one of the weakest spots for Freo.

Collingwood/Geelong

Looking for something for tonight's match, some possibilities:

Cats 1-39

Pies 1st quarter @ $3.00

Cats -24.5

 

Leaning pies 1st quarter for the value, still kicking myself for not taking the tigers 1st quarter when the played the cats.

Melbourne/Hawks
Going to go with the Hawks and the big line to cover. A bit risky as the Dees have shown they'll try for 4 quarters. I have little doubt the hawks will have the game sewn up in the 4th just hope the Dees do a backdoor cover.

Main reason I like them is Carrol is still out and they have second rate defenders on the hawks top forwards, making it easy scoring for the hawks.

Brisbane/St Kilda

I'm not comfortable with the line, even though its come down a couple of points. I think it was right at the start of the week -19.5 or there abouts. Still playing the lions, confident they'll get the W

GL tozer, like em both. After further thought, and the way games have gone this weekend I think the Hawks roll.
