5Dimes Offering Volleyball Matches Already Decided

I made a bet 20 minutes ago on Men's FIVB Volleyball, USA vs Venezuela. Dimes has it listed as starting at 11:10pm. I looked the game up on the FIVB website after placing (yeah...), it was already 1-1. USA won 25-13, then lost the second set 24-26. The only bet offered on 5Dimes was set spread +/- 2½ . Trying to get them to cancel the bet now. I have screenshots and everything

It's a matter of options. I bet mostly soccer. Dimes doesn't have much in the way of live betting, it's got way more options than Bovada.
