Why are overs so easy in the NHL?

I&#x2019;m trying to learn this sport more. I just started watching it two years ago to be honest. And I usually lean unders but I&#x2019;ve see. Games just soar over in this sport. Especially in the first q. It seems like over 1.5 is an automatic win every night literally. Why are overs so easy in this sport? I know sometimes the score is inflated burn to open net goals and sometimes teams even go open net down by 3 now. But is it really that easy? I want to pound the Jets/Maple leafs over 5.5 for $1300 but I have a funny feeling about it. If I do it it&#x2019;ll end 2-0

Jets over won super easy. I might be on to something. These overs are way too simple. Why even spend time capping?
