Now gotta ask this question and its gambling math.
You are taking plus 1 goals and laying -112. I gotta believe that math wise, if you think mont can win, then take the huge plus money, since thats what you need to happen for you to win the bet you placed anyways. Your giving up -112 juice just to protect your bet in case mont only loses by 1 goal. Especially with all the empty net goals
This is just my opinion and its just gambling math. I would either play mont plus the money and if i was scared they couldnt get the win, then i would pass before laying -112 just to get the honor of getting a push. just my thoughts.

At least you won, so am very happy for you. But it was the wrong bet and not saying that because mont won, its because you lost out on the plus money. You basically made mont the favorite in the game with that bet. I dont know how your picking system works, but if i bet a game i have to be confident my pick is the right side and i will just pass the game if i feel it will be close. They will play the national anthem again tomorrow at stadiums all across the country, is my motto.
I was rooting my ass off for you on this game. Hell you could have laid minus 1.5 goals on mont and got some serious plus money.
