I don't miss the spot you're in, sounds like what I used to have to deal with. Annual review time was a pain, and at the end of it the company just gives the raises they want to anyway, usually predetermined 3% - fkrs - and you can't be almost a perfect worker and get a good raise because then there is no "room for improvement". Inventory sucked, vacation scheduling BS sucked, holiday staffing, sick time - use it or lose it, fk I think I need a drink now after thinking about all that BS. Oh yeah, hockey - like the DET over, lean LA, not sure yet. GL dy, fk work, have a drink, maybe catch the brown bottle flu and call in tomorrow.

@topcatt89_OLD_11887 yeah we used to, but now we only get 5 paid holidays off btwn Xmas and NYD, so even Xmas Eve is technically a working day. I can't blame people for not using vacation, but when they come in all stressed out in September, and took no time over Summer to decompress and enjoy life, I don't know WTF to say. Glad you joined them - not too far away from either joining them or just stop mining salt altogether.
