Any profit in Golf?
Haha you know it brother. Very hot start to the season. 61% in 3-ball at an average price of +140. 65% in 2-ball. Those are not likely to hold but I'm feeling good about my golf capping.
+60 units through 3 tourneys.
Without those results I'd probably still lay off the hockey.

Thanks Zam,
I actually have a lower unit per play margin in golf (max 3 units).
I think bookies make alot of mistakes in golf. Was two strokes away this weekend from hitting a 67-1 longshot in Luke Donald who finished 2nd and I had JB at 101-1 who finished 3rd.
One of the main guys hit both PGA and European tour winners in the same weekend, one paying 9-1 and the other 80-1.

But I've made all my money in 2-ball and 3-ball matchups which happen Thursday through Sunday.
But man, if you hit one of those longshots even at 0.5 units you're in for a nice weekend.

No worries, 2 ball simply means one guy vs. another for one round (they have tourney matchups as well). Whereas 3-ball, you have a choice between 3 guys...which is why you almost always have plus money value since its more difficult.

Hey hitterno, no play on that one for me. Nashville looks like the play for me if I had to choose.
No worries Zam, golf is a lucrative sport to make some units in.
Unfortunately, the matchups usually vary from sportsbook to sportsbook..... some offer little to nothing and others have a full range of golfing options (Top 10, Top American, Top European, Outright and so on)
I use Sportsinteraction for 3-ball and outright....I find their odds to be quite soft and they almost always have a full slate of choices.

Why would you lay off the hockey when you're +140 units?!?!? FWIW I always waited for your plays before confirming my leans...went downhill a little since you stopped posting.
Thanks for confirming my FLA pick, LOVE IT! Plus, I think Weiss is probable.
GL Tonight Bro Namath!

Haha thanks Havoc,
Because I was up close to 190-200 and I lost confidence for that month and lost like 30% of my winnings....thought it would be silly to risk losing a +100 unit season.
I won back everything i lost in golf though and had some time to take a break from hockey...so i feel more confident again.
Weiss needs to score twice tonight!![]()
