2-4 last night but small profit again as Stahl #2 comes thru
Huge slate 2 days before Christmas. Doc made a good point that our old buddy Lippsman used to shy away from home teams around the holidays due to distractions of family and prepping for Christmas/New Years. Just be cautious of those Home Teams tonight.
Tittsburgh goes up to Toronto - call Gamblers Anonymous if you are Degen enough to bet on this one... Unless its the Over...
Stars go to Detroit to face the #1 team with the best record in the Eastern Conference (Whaaaa...???). Yep those Red Wings have quietly ascended the standings and sit alone in 1st place, 2nd in Conference. Dallas comes in on 4 game heater scoring 22 over that span. Like that Roadie here with a comfy spot for a letdown for Wings who might be patting themselves on the shoulder for entering the break in the top spot.
Rags go to District of Corruption to face Crapitals. Craps in a bit o tailspin lately, and could use a solid W. Rags solid OTR this year, but ever since Rags eliminated Craps from playoffs 2 years ago, Craps have absolutely owned them winning last 4 games H2H and outscoring 16-9. Line is about right, so Pass.
Habs go to Beantown where the Broons just own them winning last 5 at home, and also 8-1-1 overall. Broons lost 3 in a row at home recently, so they should be up for this one, as Habs are their biggest rivals, and they only slight Faves too, but that Road team thing... Dunno...
Wonder what's going on inside the Canes heads tonight. B2B 3 goal 3P leads blown their last 2 games and only 1 point to show for the other 4+ periods of dominance. One would think Canes all day, but I am not among them. Panthers have rented a little space in their heads, and set up a little shop, owning this team last couple seasons. Everything screams Canes here, but I am a Homer, and losing a bet plus the fan factor is not worth the risk. GTMH Canes, but only if I am in that situation...
Lucifers take the Ferry over to Nassau Coliseum to take on Isles. Isles a bit dinged up and now Sorokin is going to miss tonight it appears. Rittich has been serviceable, and Isles surprising resilient this year, but they are also down Horvat and Palmieri as well. Lucifers finally healthy and you got to think this team goes ona li'l run at some point with the talent they have. Maybe that starts here - the books think so, posting Devs as small Faves. I might be on them.

Having grown up in Buffalo…an Alumni of SUNY Plattsburgh…I watch the Habs…FOWLER reminds me of The Dominator (Hasek) so much I googled it, and I’m not the only one who thinks so!
Yes BOSTON has lost the last 3 at home which is unusual, but give me a hot BUFFALO team +1.5 Goals.
If nothing else, exciting to watch THE ORIGINAL SIX and FOWLER!
Is starting goalies a good source?

@Gainsford Our Syndicate sends our Christmas wishes to the entire Gainsford Gang
@Mikewavy yeah looks like a good spot - BOL
@Raiders22 BOL tonight Raiders and have a great Christmas
@popthebook Tough game to pick a side, but if I had to I'd take the away dog - Merry Christmas to you and yours
@GASportsDoc Very Merry Christmas good Doctor - hope you weren't naughty and Santa brings you something nice... I'll take a nice winning streak please...
@VinVortex Welcome to the Forum Vin - lot of cappers on here are Buffalo natives. See my views on Sabes below. Fowler's had a solid start so far. Team needs to move on from Monty. Dobes seems capable too. BOL with your plays tonight. 2 sites I use for Goalies are Goaliepost.com and DailyFaceoff.com. Monitoring X team accounts is also useful.
@MtTum thx bud - BOL with your plays and have a good holiday
@Fuse Merry Christmas Fuse
sabes enter the other Nation's Crapital to take on Senators. Both team coming in on hot streaks, and Booffalo owns Sens lately. Gotta think the Sens can't forget that 8-4 beatdown back in October, but Road teams are good to have tonight as well as dogs who come in on 6 games win streaks. Hate betting Sabes, but tonight might be a good spot.
Line is shorter on Mild than I would have expected. Preds have not been bad lately, and Mild just had a big win streak snapped by the Avs at home here 2 nights ago. Not sure I like much here, but BTTS 2+ in a parlay seems reasonable.
Avs host Moths - road team is 5-0 since Yotes became Moths. Prior to last season, Avs were 2-2-2 in Arizona, and Road team was putrid going 2-4-4 OTR in others bulding. There's value in the Moths current odds, but Avs are just something else so far this year. Prolly Pass.
Gritties have to go to Windy City on zero rest off nice win last night. Great spot for Hawks of Color except they are on a 5 game losing streak. Want to bet Chicago, but prolly won't. Not sure what kind of effort they'll give here. Gritties starting Ersson most likely, so a peek at the Over is worth it.

@VinVortex knew what you meant - holiday drinks early is a good thing. Swayman is 2-2-1 last 5, as he did not start the Ottowa beatdown, and Joonas credited with that L. And since any OT game is worth a point in the standings, hard to count as a full Loss. But he has been shaky. I'm staying away from that one, but might be on Over 6.
CGY sucks OTR and Oil solid at home. Hate to bet -160 lines on Home team December 23rd so prolly pass or Live bet if Oil get down a goal or two.
Queens in decent home spot getting Kraken on B2B 3 in 4 and 4 in 6 all OTR. But last night's game was in Anaheim, so not really a "travel" night. Queens also in a favorite spot bet of mine having lost 1st game back from a Roadie but line value is with Seattle. Prolly Pass. Under is worth a peek.
Slight value on Sharks, but Vegas's record against them is hard to ignore. Solid Pass.
