The tv crew never came back to the angle (advantage of using DVR) but his toe was not in front of the line when the puck crossed.

The world cup is probably a fraud to since the refs missed a couple of calls, and fucking NFL refs missed a pass-interference and holding call. I saw Lebron take 4 steps in the conf finals and not get called. I also saw Timmy get a strike when the ball was inches outside....GODDAMN all sports must be a FRAUD!!!

And burrows should never gets suspended for his stupid bite thing, there were way more serious hit and stuff in the past in the final. Just let u know , I bet on Boston as well

if you thought that him biting the finger of a player in the SCF warrants a suspension then you are dumb.
in the regular season if this happened the max suspension would of been 1 game, does 1 regular season game = 1 SCF games, no.
1 SCF game = 4-5 regular season games or 3 at least IMO.
so stop crying about him not being suspended.

ive seen soo many people in the forums over the last 2-3 weeks say "you know nothing about hockey " just because of different opinions, no wonder all the regulars dissapear from here come playoff time

I don't know what channel u re watching, but in toronto. Sportsnet, tsn and a few radio station already said he won't get a suspension after gm 1. There were way more serious thing happened in the final before, this biting thing was a joke and he was totally stupid. But this will/should never go to the suspension.

the offside was close, i was more busting burleys balls on that one, but should have been a suspension for biting, every analyst on nbc/versus agreed on that. you say its ok to bite people with no suspension, thats your opinion

The sportscentre in toronto show the reply so many times to prove it wasn't a blown call and also the analyst in here like those ex-nhl players & ex-nhl gm discuss the bite after gm 1 and they all think it shouldn't be a suspension.

U know ppl in toronto re crazy about hockey and we actually don't cheer for the canucks even they re in canada. I bet on Boston gm 1 & gm 2 and want them to win too. But we play fair & square, boston lost not bcos of those reasons. They lost to a better team.

since when though do we or should we listen to the media. esp those on versus. if we follow their 'selections' all of us would be in the poorhouse following them.
if torres or the hit bickell did on bieksa spinning his head around like linda blair in the exorcism did not get suspended then no way is the committee going to give burrows one -esp when there is no video evidence of it.

Game 6 vs Tampa Bay - Horton squirts a fan in the face with a water bottle leaving nearly everyone except Bruins fans and the league baffled at how he can get away with this and not get a suspension. Next game, Horton scores the game/series winning goal. Fast Forward to this series. Same thing, except now its the Boston fans crying foul. Dont throw rocks at glass houses Bruins fans! 

that is what the league office said. all i saw was a tape of bergeron purposely sticking his finger in burrows mouth. beyond that u nor i can prove what happened after that. show me a video as proof

but this is the nhl, whenever bettman, campbell or murphy speak its all made up bs..it means nothing..basically what they wanted to say was this is the stanley cup playoffs, he isnt getting suspended for nibbling on a finger. if it was the regular season he gets 1 or 2 games.

I have a huge problem with the way the NHL handled this.  Instead of having the balls to say yeah, he did bite, but it wasn't any injury intent.   They just lied and think we will just walk in lockstep with them in believing he didn't bite.

If they said he did bite and there would be no suspension then shit would of hit the fan for the other biters that were suspended.  So let's just say we didn't say anything and we cover our asses.

So yeah, what wiggins said, just more verbose.

By continuosly bringing up this questionable biting incident, it makes it look like the only way the Bruins can win a game is if the Canucks are missing a player or two.  The B's played a better game and were beaten by the better team.  Why not focus on the next game because that is all that's important now.  Bruins played a more physical game and almost won it.  Game 3 should be great.
