It seems as though I do poorly when I am "bolder" but I have good reasons for my actions.

The Rangers are a dominant home team with their backs against the wall.  I expect them to come out flying and get an early lead.  The Bruins are a pesky bunch but if the Rangers can get an early lead I do not think the Bruins will match their intensity knowing they will have another three cracks at it, two of which are at home.

The Blackhawks are the better team, but have been out of sync as of late.  The Red Wings played two of their best games of the season to earn their wins.  Blackhawks on 2 days rest are an astounding 8-2-0-2, including 2-0 off a loss.  The Red Wings are a pathetic 3-9-1-2 with an even more pathetic record after wins; 1-6-1-1.

The Sharks beat the Kings at their own game, doing so on the road will prove to be a much more difficult task, but they certainly have the confidence and momentum.  While the home/away records indicate a play on the Kings, the fact that the Sharks are 14-2-0-3 on 1 days rest after a win is certainly enough for me to bet them for a unit at +money.
